We at The Bowling Emporium want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. With that in mind, we have compiled a collection of frequently asked questions to help while you’re on-line.

If I use my Credit Card on-line, is it safe?
Shopping at The Bowling Emporium is as secure as shopping at your local department store. All of your credit information is transmitted and located on a secured server that uses a powerful encryption process to protect your personal information. This means that not only is your credit card number safe, but your phone number, address, e-mail and other personal information are protected as well.

You can tell you are on a secured site by the small key in the left side of your Netscape Browser or the picture of the lock at the bottom of your Internet Explorer.

How quickly will I get my order?
When possible orders are processed, filled and shipped the same day as received or within one to two business days. Regular domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via UPS Ground (or Priority Mail) depending on your location.

Can I have my order delivered overnight?
Yes, but there is an extra charge for special-shipping orders. If you wish to have your order shipped Overnight or 2nd Day, please call 1-800-521-2695, or 314-993-8462 to make arrangements for any special shipping.

What carrier do you use?
Our preferred shipper is UPS. Where appropriate we also ship by Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Express US Mail and DHL Worldwide Express.
